blueMelt’s range of services Collaboration with UES Hotmelt Systems

Constant availability, short reaction times and quick, transparent communication form the foundations of blueMelt’s service.

The range of services are divided into five groups:

On-site training for users and technicians blueMelt GmbH trains its users and technicians (internal/external) in order to operate and service the machines and robots in the most optimal way, on site.

Technical servicing:
Technicians from blueMelt keep the machines, units and software up to date by means of arranged maintenance cycles. Wearable parts are replaced in good time.

Hotline:
A member of the blueMelt team is available 24/7 if you need to get in touch.

Remote diagnostics:
The interfaces of the machines enable initial diagnostics remotely and often all functionality can be restored.

On-site guarantee:
When required, a technician will come to you within a short time frame in order to avoid costly production downtimes. The service module of blueMelt ensures reliable functioning of the machines and units.
